Here are some common Q&As in hopes of providing a better sense of what to expect in therapy.

At this time, I do not have availability to see new clients. However, if you are a returning client or need referrals, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to support your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I can provide monthly or yearly statements that you can submit for insurance reimbursement. I use a HIPPA compliant electronic health record system called SimplePractice to make this process easier.

What is your fee?

My standard rate is $135 per 50 minute session. I accept Visa, Mastercard, HSA, and cash. At times, I do have a few sliding scale slots available if circumstances make therapy costs a hardship. We can chat more about what that looks like.

What ages do you work with?

I work with children, teens, and adults. I typically see children as young as 4 years old.

Do you provide medication or psychoeducation asssessments for children or adults?

I do not. That is typically done with a psychiatrist or testing psychologist. I do collaborate with various service providers to provide a clearer picture of client needs to support the evaluation process.

Will you collaborate with my psychiatrist, occupational therapist, school, etc.?

If given written consent, I will happily collaborate with other service providers. To attend to the needs of school age children, I frequently collaborate with teachers, guidance counselors, summer camps, etc. I often support families in navigating the IEP process and advocating for specific accomodations.

What’s the next step?

We can schedule a consultation and see if we’re a good fit. Here’s my contact information.
